SUMMER 2024

If you’ve been to camp, you’re not surprised to hear about the benefits of summer camp. Experiencing life at camp yourself as a child, you know the profound positive effects that still matter to you as an adult, and you also know that you want something just as important for your own kids.

Each week will include arts and crafts, songs, activities and games incorporated around a
specific theme with an emphasis on Jewish values.

2024 Themed Weeks
Week I: July 8 – 12 – Nature Week
Week II: July 15-19 – Mission Impossible
Week III: July 22-26 – The Arts
Week IV: July 29 – Aug 2 – The Olympics

At Camp Shalom we weave Judaism throughout the programming, offering children the opportunity to be with other Jewish children creating memories that will last a lifetime. Children of all faiths can enjoy quality programming, fun activities and an inclusive and positive
environment.

Activities

A typical camp day could include arts and crafts, music and movement, martial arts or yoga, swimming or park visits, field trips or a special guest, games and more!

Activities are geared to encourage unity, fun, and learning. Woven throughout the day, universal values are incorporated into activitiesthrough the lens of Jewish traditions.

Most importantly, Camp Shalom offers our children an opportunity to be with other Jewish children, creating memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.
